# veMORE

MORE can be staked to generate veMORE. veMORE is neither transferable nor tradable due to the design of the smart contract, i.e. they are locked in your private wallet.

1 staked MORE generates 0.014 veMORE every hour. The maximum veMORE held from a deposit is 100 times the MORE staked. In other words, it takes about 10 months to reach the veMORE cap.

You can always stake more MORE to earn more veMORE. You can withdraw your MORE at any time, however, your accumulated veMORE will drop to 0 as part of the transaction.

With veMORE you can boost your yields on iMONEY, and soon on LPs as well.

**\***Note that you need to claim your veMORE to boost your yields

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://moremoney.gitbook.io/docs/how-cdp-earnings-are-used/vemore.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
